Questions, a bug, or a rule that looks wrong? Write to fivehundredcardgame@gmail.com. It helps to say which phone you use, the app version (Settings → About) and what happened.
- Deleting your online account: in the app, Settings → Account → Delete account (step by step, and what is deleted). Solo games and stats stay on your device until you uninstall the app.
- Reporting a player: at an online table, Quick chat → Report or block. You can also write to the address above with the player's name and room code.
- Joining a friend's room: Play Online → Join with code, or tap the invite link they sent.
- "Please update to play online": install the latest version from the store.
