These terms apply when you use The 500 Card Game app and its online play. By using the app you agree to them. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
The game
The app is free to play. Solo games work offline; online play needs an internet connection and may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. Features may change over time.
Playing fair
- Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else.
- Do not cheat, disrupt other players' games, or try to break, overload or get around the game server.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Hosts can remove players from their rooms. Accounts or rooms that break these rules may be removed.
Your account
You can play without an account (anonymously) or link Sign in with Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the maker of the app is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost games, statistics or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
