Delete your account

The 500 Card Game · for iPhone, iPad and Android · last updated 30 September 2026

The 500 Card Game (app id com.fivehundredapp.fivehundredapp) is made as a personal project by its developer, who can be reached at fivehundredcardgame@gmail.com. An online account is only made when you play online; solo play needs none. You can delete it at any time, in the app or by e-mail, without reinstalling anything.

In the app

1. On the main menu, tap Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be deleted and tap Continue.
5. Tap Delete account to confirm. If you linked Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

Deleting needs an internet connection. It takes effect straight away.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, write to fivehundredcardgame@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and, if you can, the Player ID shown in Settings > Account (or the Apple or Google account you linked). We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your online profile: display name, avatar and card theme.
• Your sign-in: the anonymous account and any linked Apple or Google sign-in. For Sign in with Apple, the app's Apple tokens are revoked, so the game leaves your Apple ID's list of apps using Sign in with Apple.
• Your notification (push) tokens.
• Your quick-chat messages.
• Your seats: in a game in progress, a computer player takes over your seat and the other players see "AI" in your place.

What is kept

• Crash reports, which contain no name, e-mail or user id, are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days and then deleted.
• The cards and bids of online games already played stay with those games, no longer linked to your name or account.
• Everything stored on your device (your stats, settings and solo games) stays on the device until you uninstall the app.
